 The goal of meditation is to train the mind to lift
into the higher realms and make contact with Divine Thought -
then to bring back contacted inspirations and energies, which
heal, uplift and bless. Group meditation does this on a collective level.

When two or more people of goodwill come together to meditate for
planetary healing,a channel is built to the Hierarchy of Masters, who use
the group to distribute spiritual force.
